It was such a lovely place! The Orchid Room was just perfect. Smooth check in/check out and good email communication. Great location.

Stay was nice. Only issues were continuing to find hornets in upstairs bathroom, trash outside had not been emptied, and sink stopper handle lifted right out in master BR. Just mention these issues for positive correction. Overall, one of the nicest places I have stayed, and I have been all over the world.

Love the idea of the inn and our room. Could use some little touches to elevate the experience. Also, Im 59 and showering was a challenge. Maybe adding some hand rails near the tub would be helpful for tall folks getting in and out. We would stay again, just know now to bring our own pillows, fan, and request extra towels/wash cloths.

Hired by KD Properties, this management team is not only professional, but attention to details and Great to work with. The property cleaned was off Elysian, how Amazing the views are, even a trail to the creek that runs year round. If you are looking for a rental company on top of their game, devoted to details and residents KD Properties is it!

Property was nice but the master bed could use replacing, soft in the middle and living room sofa is worn, otherwise a very nice property

We didn't see any team members, talked to one regarding the jacuzzi jets but only on the phone.

We loved the quaintness of the inn, and the privacy...didn't see or hear any of the other guests. We loved it was within walking distance to restaurants and the train station. The room was lovely. We would love to come back and will recommend to our friends.

Appropriate heating - or at a bare minimum instructions on how to appropriately heat the main floor and a disclaimer on the website that it will remain cold in winter.

Views from the house were incredible and everything was beautiful and beds so comfortable! Loved the bonus Harry potter reading room under the stairs. My sister whose bachelorette it was is a big Harry Potter fan so that surprise was an extra bonus!

I called to add an extra day and the gentleman on the other end was very nice and helpful.

We arrived very late and a girl taking towels in to a guest help me put the code in to enter the door. I didn't have my glasses and she was very nice.

Communication was efficient and provided all the information we needed.

This property could not have been more perfect. Not only is the decor and furnishes beautiful the extras of big fluffy towels, robes, and snacks provided was a welcome surprise. The upstairs living area was the perfect place for my teenage boys to hang out. My only regret is that we did not stay longer.
