Confusion on the air bnb site to extend the stay an additional day, i worked with Matthew he was great.

Matthew was a great help during our booking experience and was available to answer any questions we had leading up to our stay. Very friendly team members!

We were very impressed by the lodge and property! The lodge and inn was very spacious and exceeded our expectations. We had plenty of room for all of our guests along with plenty of privacy throughout the lodge. The property is very beautiful and was perfect for our small wedding reception. I would highly recommend this property!

The man who took our phone call when we arrived early was so helpful and generous to check us in early. The young lady cleaning the common areas was gracious and kind.

This is a wonderful inn and we look forward to returning with other members of our family, The views from the front porch are serene, the location perfect for visiting the Grand Canyon and the quaint, friendly town of Williams. The inn is lovely and so perfect for guests on different schedules - my husband wakes up by 5:00 am, so he was glad to have the sitting area outside our room to read in, plus a nice walk outside while I slept in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This is a great location to stay for touring the Grand Canyon.

The location is quiet, peaceful--very relaxing!

We had a couple small maintenance issues upon arrival, but Jenna was quick to respond. They were nothing urgent and could wait until check-out, but I wanted to make sure you were all aware of them. Jenna was courteous, friendly, and very communicative. A team of amazing folks.

We had an incredible time in this property and felt it had everything we needed. Not far from downtown Flagstaff, it was in the perfect location for a wedding we were in town to attend. We also had friends just up the road in another KD Prime Property. The hot tub was a great amenity and once it got warmed up it was one of our favorite things of the weekend. The deck was also a great place to hang out, read, and enjoy the quiet.

I'm had a few questions early on and never got a call back. I tried again another day day and got a very informative and polite gentlemen to answer my questions.

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay, the home and property worked perfect for us. The home was well appointed, updated and clean. I felt the presence of love and care for this home to share with others that visit. Very warm and inviting! However the upstairs shower need a new faucet. It was difficult to adjust as it is breaking, therefore leading to some hot or cold showers. Also the towel rack was bent and therefore pulling from the wall. Overall very nice home.
