This was our first time renting a property this large for a gathering. The staff was excellent at answering our questions and providing plenty of information.

Everyone loved our stay! We were a large group but still had space for privacy. We loved the kitchen & dining areas to gather for breakfast each morning. The Quarter Horse Lodge & Inn was the perfect choice for us!

Overall, the property was very nice and in a great location for us. There were a few minor repair issues that need to be addressed but these did not seriously effect our stay.

Matthew is very friendly and helpful. He is fast on the call-back and tried to address all our previous concerns, within the limits of the owner's ability.

Utopia is a great place with its close proximity to the golf course for walks and the very spacious and comfortable patio. The living room is also quite comfortable and we look forward to using the fireplace one day.

-would def stay there again--clean and very livable -loved the dog friendly environment and all tile floors. -loved the fire pit, pool table, game console, and five (!) TVs. Love the ROKU guest account in the living room that automatically signs out on a chosen day. -thanks for the AC!!! -lack of a tub could be an issue for some with babies, but I just bought a blow up tub for my granddaughter -love the gated front porch and so did my dog -community is great with the walking trails and so close to town -I was there for a month and it was fantastic

Beautiful property, spotlessly clean!

The only experience I had was by email, but that was informative and friendly. Since there is no staff working at the Inn, you should have a "N/A" button on the questions in this survey about the staff. I just left them blank.

We stayed in the Rose Room. It was very nice and relaxing. There is no air conditioning, which was ok, but should look at changing out the ceiling fan, as even on high speed it did not move much air around and made it a little warm trying to sleep.

It was beautiful in every way !*! The lodge is very quaint and the desert daisies were in full bloom surrounding the property. It was just gorgeous ! & the sound of the train during the day was delightful !!

A breaker was tripped for one of the bedrooms when we arrived

Male (dont know name) provided EXCELLENT customer service. Friendly & knowledgeable.

Pleasantly surprised! The view of the yellow wildflowers across the street was stunning. Loved the room and claw foot tub. Mostly quiet environment. Very nice!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Williams. We will be returning again soon.

Very nice property well located for access to the Grand Canyon South Rim. The property is clean and well taken care of. The wrap around porch was a great place to just kick back and relax.

The email questions that I sent were answered in a timely manner.

We had a wonderful time visiting Flagstaff and the accommodations were perfect for our family.
