A really great place to stay with two (shared) sitting rooms and huge wrap around porch and large bedroom. A set up that really gave you the feel of renting a house. A great value for the price.

Matthew was so responsive to emails and questions and even called shortly after we checked out to let us know we had left personal items behind. Excellent customer service !!

Flatt Horse Ranch is a great vacation home. Indoor and outdoor amenities are A+. Communication is easy and helpful! This is our 2nd stay at the property and will be an annual trip for our family.

This property was beautiful! The setting was everything we expected-set in the pines of Munds Park, we enjoyed coffee each morning on the open deck. The attached garage made loading and unloading the vehicle easy, and the hot tub was a wonderful way to relax after a long day of hiking in Arizona! It is such a quiet neighborhood. The home was very clean and had everything we needed, with Flagstaff a quick drive away. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants of Munds Park as well!!

It was lovely.The room was charming, spotless, comfortable and the enormous bathtub was fantastic and reminiscent of our trips to England. The room layout, wonderful king bed, fireplace, tasteful furnishings, window and back door views, and entry security measures were all outstanding. The attention to every little detail was noticed and appreciated from the cozy common room (lobby) and amenities, right down to the ribbon on the Do Not Disturb placard. Thank you so much. We greatly look forward to returning for some more R & R

I had the pleasure of communicating with Matthew who was extremely professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend booking with KD prime vacation rentals for any future vacations.

We had a party of 8, and the space was perfect for us. The property was well appointed and very clean. The house was well stocked with towels, linens, and kitchenware. The neighborhood was conveniently located to the airport, stores and restaurants. We would stay here again, and would highly recommend choosing this property to anyone interested in visiting the area.

We loved it aside from the lack of air conditioning.
