As you enter this lovely home, you will see that it feels very much like something you viewed in a "Pottery Barn" catalog. The colors and feeling are peaceful and serene.
The main level includes all of the living areas and one of two master bedrooms. There is also a half bath downstairs.
The family room, dining area, and kitchen are all very open and airy, providing an ideal environment for spending time with family and friends.
The family room is not only beautiful but also warm and comfortable. There is a flat-screen television, along with Apple TV, so you can watch your favorite shows and movies on Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.
The family room also has a glass door opening to a quaint backyard, that looks out on to the forest. It is the perfect place for enjoying your morning coffee. There is also a gas barbecue grill.
The impressive kitchen is adorned with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen/dining areas are as warm and lovely as the rest of the home, including numerous special touches. There is another full size bathroom on the second level, as well as a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
Complete with a two car garage, this home is centrally located, and the perfect place to call home while exploring the magnificence of Northern Arizona year round!
We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap.
We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.
Although often times there will be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.
Pets are not permitted.
There is a maximum of 4 cars allowed. 2 on the driveway, and 2 in the garage. Unfortunately, street parking is unavailable.
This home is in a beautiful, brand new subdivision and some units may still be under construction.

This property could not have been more perfect. Not only is the decor and furnishes beautiful the extras of big fluffy towels, robes, and snacks provided was a welcome surprise. The upstairs living area was the perfect place for my teenage boys to hang out. My only regret is that we did not stay longer.

Cotton's Cabin rocks. We instantly felt at home with the cozy decor and the happy vibe that permeates the entire house. The backyard is sublime. We spent many hours there talking, playing guitar/singing, playing jengo and uno and cooking on the grill. We also took day trips to some awesome nearby spots: Bearizona, The chairlift at SnowBowl and trail riding on RAZRS in the Munds park area. We'll definitely be back. The was the perfect Labor Day weekend-away from the 110 plus degree heat in The Valley. Early morning cups of coffee on the back patio are the best here.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was lovely and had everything we needed and so much more!! The condo was larger than it appeared in the photos and had a nice open floor plan with 2 living areas. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the board games and smores by the fire pit! The place was immaculately clean on check in! We hope to visit Cottons Cabin again soon!

Super cute & clean place, decor was just how id wish my home looked. We came in for soccer so there was a mother and daughter in every room. Loved that we all had our own bathrooms and we didnt need to share. The moment we walked in the house it felt like home. At the end of our stay the kids and us mothers didnt want to leave.
