Relax and unwind at our beautiful three-bedroom, two-bathroom Chalet, overlooking your very own wooded sanctuary. Every detail reminds you of the forest and wilderness from the tongue and groove wood ceiling to the cabin-inspired décor, displayed all over the home.

The living room is a complete "CROWD PLEASER". The large, panoramic windows provide a beautiful view of the trees and forest. If you opt for being inside, there is a large flat-screened TV with DirecTV and a DVD player, along with games to keep you busy on a snowy day. Wi-Fi is available!

The extremely charming wood-burning stove provides warmth and comfort on any chilly day. The two oversized chairs and the three-person couch are perfect for relaxing and lounging.

There is a dining table with seating for 4 in addition to the kitchen bar that seats another 3.

Along with the living areas, the master bedroom is also located on the main level. This glorious bedroom is equipped with a gorgeous log bed and is adorned with lovely decor. It is the perfect cozy spot for a good night’s rest.

Although this very special Chalet is rustic and woodsy, it is also updated with modern conveniences. The kitchen includes beautiful granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator and a Keurig K-Cafe Special Edition Coffee, Latte & Cappuccino Maker! We do recommend bringing your own K-cups. 

Lastly, the main level is equipped with a bathroom that includes a shower/tub combo. There is also a clothes washer/dryer tucked away in a covered alcove. 

Upstairs you will find two more handsome bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed. The second bathroom is at the top of the stairs and contains a shower/tub combo.

The outdoor areas are just as amazing as the inside!  Enjoy the peace and beauty of the forest while relaxing in the private hot tub - Jacuzzi. There is also a fire pit with 4 chairs and a deck that wraps around 3 sides of the home.

There is a heat lamp to keep you warm and cozy while you sit on the swing, taking in all of the surrounding beauty. A table and 4 chairs provide the opportunity to enjoy a meal on the deck.

The very large, heated, insulated garage is multi-functional.

The home is equipped with Air Conditioning on the first floor! A very rare treat in Northern Arizona.

Washer and Dryer are provided.

Due to the location of the home, the home is equiped with Satellite Internet. Weather and other natural variables may result in slow internet speeds or the internet not working at all for short periods of time. 

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap.

Although often times there will be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

Pets are considered, however we asked that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, please pick up after them outside. We allow one small to medium size dog. No vicious breeds. No other pets are permitted without property manager approval. 

There is a Ring Camera on the outside of the property.
