Wake up to beautiful views of the San Francisco Peaks from our three-bedroom, two- bathroom home. Tucked just 15 minutes east of Flagstaff, our home is perfectly situated for plenty of Northern Arizona fun! This refuge is only 15 minutes to Walnut Canyon Natl. Monument, Sunset Crater Volcano Natl. Monument, and Wupatki Natl. Monument. The home is a quick 45 minutes to Snowbowl Ski Resort, Williams, AZ, and Meteor Crater. You can be in glorious Sedona in an hour or you can explore the South Rim of the GRAND CANYON, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, and Petrified Forest, each is about a 90-minute drive from this property.

After enjoying the wonderful attractions, rest assured you have selected the perfect place to wind down, rest and enjoy some peace and quiet. 

Our home has a 5 person, light up hot tub. After relaxing in the hot tub, feel the warmth radiate around you as you sit in our uniquely enclosed fire pit, at the top of our property. The views of the night sky from our home are absolutely incredible, there are no lights to obscure your view. The back patio has a picnic table and plenty of chairs for everyone to enjoy a meal cooked on the propane grill. The grill is hooked up to the home’s propane system, allowing for endless grilling. A lounger is available for you, as well.

Although there is much to enjoy outside, there is also comfort and serenity inside of the home.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and En-Suite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a single vanity.

The second bedroom has a bunk bed with full sized beds sleeping 4, a queen sized bed and a full sized futon bed. This room also has a TV, DVD player, and a classic Atari. There is ample closet space.

The third bedroom is adjacent to the second bathroom. The room has a queen-sized bed, closet, and a TV.

The full kitchen, with beautiful views out of the window above the sink, is equipped with a 4-burner glass-top stove and double oven set up. Kitchen amenities include a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, crockpot, full-sized refrigerator, and dishwasher.

The living room is a great place to enjoy time with family. There is a couch, love seat, and oversized chair.

There is a dining table that accommodates eight, with two additional seats at the breakfast bar.

Bring your horses! There is a horse corral set up in the front yard. There is more than enough room to park your truck and trailer. There are countless miles of trails near the home.

Bring you ATVs/UTVs/and dirt bikes also! Ride in and out from your doorstep!

For your comfort and convenience, the home also comes equipped with:

***There is a garage but it is used for housekeeping. There will be plenty of parking in front of the home.

***Single floor home. Rear entrance of the home is flat, easier entrance for people with mobility limitations.

***Self check-in! Arrive whenever is most convenient for you, Receive check-in instructions 3 days prior to arrival with your lock box code.
***Horse corral with water spigot. 

Two dogs are permitted!

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap.

The internet is satellite. If there is cloud coverage or other natural weather effects, the internet may slow down. 

Although often there may be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old

No parties or events are permitted.

The horse shown in the photos is not included. Horses are welcome to be brought, however. 

This home is in a semi-rural area. There may be a possibility for wild animals.
