This home is located only 3 miles from downtown Flagstaff, 20 minutes to Snowbowl Ski Resort, 25 miles down one of the most scenic drives in the country...to Sedona, and only 1 1/2 hours to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon!

It's not just the superbly ideal location that makes our home special...the home itself is a head turner! The main living area is on the 2nd level, with 9-foot ceilings and a wide-open floor plan. You'll love the clean, fresh, and modern feel of this living space. Sporting a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV and soundbar, a balcony with a sliding glass door that fills the room with natural light, and a large L-shaped sofa, it's an atmosphere that encourages warm gatherings and good conversation.

How about getting everyone together around the gorgeous dining room table to enjoy a meal...The table seats 8 and is right next to a breakfast bar that seats an additional 2.

The kitchen is my favorite...with brand-new stainless-steel appliances and a gas range, granite countertops, tile backsplash, and elegant dark wood cabinets, it looks like something out of a magazine...almost too pretty to cook in! But if you must :), you'll find all you need to prepare a delicious meal. Along with ample counter and cupboard space, there is all the essential serve ware, pots & pans, knife set, above-the-stove microwave, toaster, blender, crock-pot, along with a traditional coffee maker and French press.

There is also a bathroom with shower and single vanity on the second level. Additionally, you’ll find a bedroom with a full-sized bed and closet, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The 4 bedrooms are located throughout all 3 levels. All of them have ceiling fans, Smart TVs and excellent mattresses for a good night's sleep.

The dual Master Bedroom suites are located on the third level of the home. They both have queen size beds, walk-in closets, and full bathrooms.

The 4th bedroom, located on the ground floor level, has a queen-sized bunk bed set, which sleeps a total of 4. There is a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, please pick up after them outside. We allow one small to medium size dog. No vicious breeds. No other pets are permitted without Manager approval. There is a $50 pet fee. 

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap.

We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Although often times there will be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc. We cannot guarantee what will be available.

There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old. No parties or events are permitted.

A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.
