Great property, had everything we needed for our stay and our kids really enjoyed the pool table.

The house was great. We really appreciated the attention to detail - snacks, etc. Sitting out on the patio was really lovely.

Everything was great except for two things which are still minor at best; washer/dryer and trash. The two outside trash bins were full when we arrived. They were emptied the second day so all was fine after that. Our daughter made a mess in her car seat which had to be washed. Washer and dryer were a bit difficult to start but once we figure them out, they worked fine. Glad to have had them. All in all, would definitely use again.

I didnt really have to contact property management for anything, but instructions and emails received in advance were friendly and straight forward.

Townhome was great. New and clean. Had everything we needed to cook basic meals and even some extras like extra trash bags, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc. we had brought our own not expecting to have that- but it was a nice touch. Location was convenient to snowbowl and plenty of space for the week for our family of 6. Our kids enjoyed the foosball and games!

Matthew was very polite and prompt in responding to emails.

We really wished we would have known about your services when we had our own rental property in Pine Canyon. We had a lovely time and would definitely look to re-book in the future. We love Flagstaff!!!

I most appreciated that someone answered the phone when I called over the weekend seeking parking clarification.

The place is great. Neighborhood was clearly in transition but we had no problems and enjoyed the great amenities. Close to everything. The only drawback was pet hair on the living room rug and the soap dispenser in the master bath upstairs was empty. Not a big deal overall, but aggravating when you're in the shower without your glasses and head full of shampoo.

Property was as described and was perfect for our family. Very clean and a wonderful living room set up with tv and channels/platforms to choose from. The kitchen table was a little large for the area and hard to sit at.

Everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful time! The house accommodated all of my family and had almost everything we needed. It was clean and roomy and we can't wait to return!
