Your team members were very friendly and always attentive to our needs or questions.

Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed the stay at your property. Lots of room for 11 people to roam the house and never feeling cramped or underfoot. Excellent views from the house. Cleaning crew does a fine job getting everything ready for the next renters. The added entertainment features were a definite plus and enjoyed by all - foosball, air hockey, climbing wall, video games.

very efficient

Traffic noise from the freeway is only noticeable when outside. the train horns could be a distraction for light sleepers especially if you sleep with the windows open, but not so bad as to be annoying. There is limited space in the kitchen area for preparing food and the bathroom is a bit confining if you're on the large size and could do with a shelf to put toiletries on. However, those minor negatives are far outweighed by the positives of staying in this reasonably priced cabin. Comfortable, plenty of hot water, quiet efficient a/c, plenty of outdoor space and easy access. Would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful place to spend quality time

The property manager Kathy was extremely friendly, replied to all of my emails in a timely manner, and every bit of info I received from her was helpful, accurate, and informative.

Rogers Cabin was absolutely wonderful. Woke up to the nice quiet outdoors, one of the days to a young black Bull standing right beside our cabin (on the other side of the fence) waiting to say good morning to us! It was exactly as described and was very nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax in this quiet cozy cabin reconnecting with my significant other without the distraction of electronics. Would highly recommend, and we will definitely be back!

Kathy was very helpful and gave us good information about the property so we could make a good decision about where to stay.

The home was very clean and well-maintained. The weather was perfect, no need for air conditioning and plenty of ceiling fans. There were plenty of beds for a family of five and a set of grandparents. We were close to the Museum of Northern AZ, the Lowell Observatory, the red rocks of Sedona, the Grand Canyon and other National monuments in the area. Thank you for a wonderful vacation spot!

Kathy was great following up with me regarding any issues we had. She sent out help regarding the TV and was in constant communication with me regarding any of our needs.

The house was great and loved the backyard opening up right into trails leading into forrest.

Small but cute. Liked the hiking along the closed portion of Route 66 just east of the general store. The people in the store were very nice.

Kathy was great to 'work' with, was always responsive in a timely manner and answered all of our many questions :) Thanks Kathy !

The Ponderosa was great, very clean & had all the amenities we needed for our weekend stay. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of bathroom towels, beds were comfortable...very nicely decorated. There was a nice bowl of goodies there for us when we arrived...hopefully they were for us because the grandkids devoured them :) Was very nice that there was a supply of card games, located in a bread box on the counter. Kids played Phase 10 and was great to hear them laughing together rather than playing games on their phones !! Lots of pines around the home which we loved. Loved the picnic table, shell type chairs & fire pit out back. Entrance to the Grand Canyon was about 1 hour drive so not "too" far. We loved the country store down on the corner, very cute and had everything there you could need if you forgot to bring something or just had a taste for something like...ice cream !! Could hear trains going through in the distance but they weren't "that" frequent and wasn't an issue for us. All in all, had a great time at the Ponderosa and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location if you are visiting the Grand Canyon and Sedona. If you are traveling on a budget this is the place.

The property exceeded my expectations!!! We hadn't rented a cabin for many years and was unsure what to expect of the condition of the cabin and what was provided. The house had everything we needed and we just provided our food. We really enjoyed the fire-pit in the backyard as we toasted s'mores and stared at the stars. Kathy was great answering all of my questions and the directions to the cabin was very easy to read. We plan on staying at The Ponderosa again.

We had contact with Kathy Duncan only. She was very prompt and courteous.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The house had plenty of space for our family of 7.The family room on first floor had no furniture which gave our grandsons, 5&6, plenty of space to run around. All the amenities were as described on the web site.
