This house was very nice for two families. The bedrooms in two levels added privacy and space. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again.

We loved this home. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were spacious. It was great having a bathroom for each bedroom. There was a great kitchen, grill, and fire pit. The property location was convenient to access Flagstaff. It was also an easy drive to the Grand Canyon. We will be back.

Kathy was very responsive to my emails leading up to our visit. She was friendly and easy to work with.

This family vacation was an absolute delight, and the house we called home for six days was a huge part of that. We each had our own rooms and space to be alone when we needed to, and then come together on the big couch or on the deck to talk and drink coffee. We were able to share meal prep duties easily, pack lunches and spend time together in the large, open kitchen. We all felt very much at home and like the house was made just for our adventure. We really lucked out by choosing Flagstaff and then finding the perfect place to stay.

Loved being in the cabin in the woods, waited for the cattle to come to the fence but none came!!! It's a tiny cabin but just fine because we were outside checking out the surroundings all day long. Loved the Community garden across the street and meeting the locals, especially Marty.

Kathy was wonderful to work with. She responded promptly and was accommodating.

We are very happy with our rental property choice. Everything we needed was available and accessible. We had plenty of room to spread out with all the comforts of home.

This property was in a great location. Super convenient for getting around Flagstaff and being able to avoid a lot of the high traffic areas. The neighborhood was really quiet and the back porch was so pleasant. There are multiple porches and we really enjoyed sitting outside, enjoying the trees, quiet and bird watching. The house is nicely updated and had plenty of everything we needed, i.e. pillows, towels, kitchen items, etc. We would definitely return!

Kathy responded quickly to my questions via phone and email. Information for check-in was very thorough, and we appreciated more information left on a note for us when we arrived.

Our family enjoyed our stay off the grid. The house felt like a luxury cabin in the woods, and had more than enough space for our group of 8. Family game night got an upgrade! The kids loved the air hockey table, and the adults enjoyed the pool table. We were visiting the Grand Canyon this trip, but we'd like to return to explore more of Flagstaff. A great stay, and we would definitely recommend this property to others.

Everything was terrific once we got through a couple of glitches on the website. Kathy Duncan was very helpful.

We were pleasantly surprised with the amenities and cleanliness of the house considering the reasonable price. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family:-) Overall very satisfied with everything!

Property was amazing. Beautiful all around. When we arrived, my wife says, it looks exactly like the pictures! We had two families of four for an extended weekend. Plenty of room.

We had a great time in Parks at The Ponderosa! The location is perfect; right near the general store and right up against the National Forest. Easy to get to Flagstaff and Williams. We were there over the 4th of July and got to enjoy the great small-town Parks 4th of July Parade! Loved sitting out back on the patio at night enjoying nature and the stars. Wonderful, relaxing time!

This property was exactly what we were looking for! The location to the Grand Canyon, Williams, Flagstaff and Sedona was perfect! We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Kathy was great. She booked us in soon after we contacted her. She was in touch with us throughout our visit and very easy to contact. The snacks left for us were very appreciated!

The house was in a great and very private location. It was spotless when we arrived and was overall, well-stocked. It was easy to access both Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon from the location. We did day trips throughout the week and it was so nice to come home to a relaxing atmosphere. The surrounding forest is beautiful and peaceful. The air hockey table was a HUGE hit with the kids and a welcome distraction for the adults upstairs. :)
