Great property! Very well stocked!

Kathy is fabulous! She responds quickly and did everything in her power to ensure we had a fabulous stay. She even sent an email on Christmas day letting us know that the road and parking lot were scheduled for snow removal that day. I call that going above and beyond! We are mountain girls, so the snow didn't worry us a bit, but it was so nice of you to stay on top of it and let us know what was going on.

This town home was the perfect place for our White Christmas adventure! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we felt like it and was close enough to the country club and town when we felt like venturing out. The home is clean, comfortable and cute! The trees and landscaping make it feel like you are out in the country - but its close to everything. We would absolutely recommend this property and we will be back again!

The stay was comfortable and everyone in the family enjoyed the visit. Our grandkids especially loved sledding right near the property.

Management (Kathy Duncan) was very accommodating and responsive, especially on a Holiday week from Christmas through the New Year. Excellent customer service!!

Overall our stay in the property was great and the owner/management was more then available and accommodating to our needs. The owner even treated us to a special pay per view event when we requested the ability to watch it.

This home is very comfortable for a large family. We all had space and room to be together. The home is very well equipped. We had everything we needed and there was a closet for the items that we needed more of. The outdoor space was amazing...but more useful in the summer. With the cold outside the fireplace was so comforting. It is a great home for those special occasions when family needs to be together. This is the best equipped rental vacation home that we have experienced. We will be back!!!!

Very quaint very clean very nice experience

We had a magical week in this property. There were 4 adults and 2 children in our party and the loft became the children's place to sleep, hangout, play, really ideal. It snowed the night we arrived so waking to a white world on Christmas was wonderful. Then to see more than 50 geese parade past was such fun. But even better was the herd of more than thirty elk majestically strolling by. The condo itself was more than adequate other than a few things missing in the kitchen. We used the fireplace nightly and the sofa was adequate for us all to sit together to watch movies. There were plenty of linens and ample storage for a week's stay. We appreciated the supply of laundry products and the small touches such as tissues in several rooms and welcome basket of treats. Our stay was all we hoped for thanks in large part to the condo's condition, amenities, and location.

The property was very clean when we arrived with a very comfortable feeling made us feel like being in our on home. Within walking distance of Flagstaff's business district....We enjoyed the Heck out it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything worked out well. Communication was between myself & the team went smoothly. Responses to my questions were answered within a reasonable amount of time.
