The Ponderosa was a comfortable place to stay. It felt like camping out with all the comfy amenities of being at home. We enjoyed our time there.

Very friendly and accomodating.

This home was a perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy our time together. The outdoor decks were wonderful for outdoor dining, table games and morning yoga.

Kathy was great to work with. She responded to all of are questions and needs very quickly.

The property was great for our families vacation. It was central to all the areas that we wanted to visit. It was our first time in Arizona., we couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The neighborhood was great. There was a trail very close to the home that we enjoyed walking. All of the bedroom were very spacious. The home afforded us quality time together as a family and privacy when we wanted it. We hated to leave, but we'll be back!!

Our daughter graduated from Northern Arizona University on May 13, 2017. We had family and friends stay over the weekend for this event. This home exceeded our expectations, was very comfortable and spacious for our needs. This was also our first time renting a vacation home and were very pleased with the professionalism we received.

We only had interactions by email and it was courteous and professional.

This townhouse was a perfect place to have family stay for the graduation at Northern Arizona University. It was very comfortable there were plenty of extra blankets, towels and dishes available for use. The house is clean and well maintained, the bedrooms are roomy and the grounds are beautiful. This property, will not close to downtown is still very convenient to get there. The area is great for morning walks. The downside of staying on a golf course property is the 6 a.m. Saturday lawn mowing :-(

Communication was prompt and complete

The unit nicely equipped and furnished. It was in a nice quiet location. The bed was comfortable. We will be staying there again on our next visit.

Stayed here with my wife for 6 nights and we are so glad we chose it. Thehouse was perfect and had everything we wanted. It was clean and set in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Would definitely stay here again. If you need to go to Flagstaff then stay here!!!

We had a few maintenance issues and your team addresses them immediately. Kathy and Tara were excellent people to deal with. Scott the maintenance man was very personable and understanding of what needed repaired and did an excellent job.

We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable with all the amenities. The facility was very clean and tidy inside. My only comment is that the outside needs some serious yard work to beautify the property. You have to walk around a pine bush to walk up to the lower level door. Some spindles are off the back decks and the decks need some scrapping and repainted. The blocks for steps need reset. Overall it was a beautiful house close to the golf course and easy access to get to.

Amazing. The house was absulutely perfect and looked exactly like the photos. The beds were comfortable and we especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area and fire pit, although we didn't have any wood for a fire. (Still nice to sit outside!) Only comment for improvement is that it would be nice to have a coffee machine that's not a k-cup. Your guest demographic is probably pretty eco conscious:).

They were very polite and helpful. When I had questions, they called me back very quickly with the answers I needed.

This property was beautiful. It was a great place to stay to visit both the Grand Canyon and Sedona on the same trip. The gas station/store next door is a gem to be next to.

All of our communication was great. We did have to call once, the day of our arrival, because our GPS couldn't find the address. The lady who answered was very friendly and helped us easily. I sent an email a few days before we went, to ask a couple of questions regarding linens and coffee machine and was answered quickly. Everything was so easy and went so smoothly.

We had a wonderful vacation and feel like the cabin is "our place." We definitely plan on returning. We have already told several family members that they should come with us next time and try to rent nearby cabins. Our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed -- all the basic essentials regarding kitchen stuff and linens, and then extras like games for the kids and satellite TV. Everything was spotless and beautiful and the nice decor really added to our experience. We already miss "our cabin in the woods."

Very friendly and available

Lovely home, spacious and clean. Very cute garden, manicured with fire pit. The house is an hour or so from the Grand Canyon. The place is very quiet and temperature were great. I definitively recommend the house. The company was easy reachable and answered email very fast.
