The kitchen is lovely and with stainless steel appliances, updated countertops and hardware. It includes all of the essentials including stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee-maker and more.
The living room has glass doors that open up to a peaceful and quaint balcony. Enjoy the lovely views while sitting in adirondack chairs.
The bright and pretty bedroom includes a second large, flat screen television, along with lovely furnishings.
There is a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination, that has also been updated with a new vanity, hardware, linens, flooring and more.
Not only is the condo itself great, the location of the condo is also terrific! This home is located in the Continental Country Club which is central to all of your key Flagstaff attractions. It is approximately 10-15 minutes from historic Downtown Flagstaff and about 15-20 minutes from Northern Arizona University.
Estimated time from the home to some of the key destinations are as follows:
Snowbowl, which is Flagstaff's go-to ski resort - 20-30 minutes
Sedona - less than an hour.

I was here during Thanksgiving so would encourage a bit more assistance for call backs etc. Had to wait an additional couple hrs to view property due to holiday party but I had to wait longer since they were late and was late to my office. everyone I have dealt with has been helpful.

So far ok. Just not set up really for winter. Feels like a summer condo. So far so good. Some issues with internet and need it to work since I am teleworking. Parking here is interesting.
Could have great view of mountain if trimmed trees of dead limbs. It works fine for my needs and glad I found it. Would like to see sliding scale for long term rentals.

My boyfriend and I loved every aspect of our stay at this property. Flagstaff is a beautiful quaint city with lots of dog friendly activities, food and fun. The restaurant/ bar on site at the complex is wonderful and the Jacuzzi is definitely recommended! The condo is the perfect size and was so perfect for us and our dog. This specific unit, and Flagstaff as a whole, are both highly recommended!

Communication with Kathy, the property manager, was above and beyond. We booked this get away last minute and she made the process quick and easy - had all of the paperwork/booking details out to us via email within minutes. When we arrived to the property we had some trouble working the lock box (we had never used one before) and she drove out to meet us at the property and let us in to the rental right away. Great customer service.

Kathy is fabulous! She responds quickly and did everything in her power to ensure we had a fabulous stay. She even sent an email on Christmas day letting us know that the road and parking lot were scheduled for snow removal that day. I call that going above and beyond! We are mountain girls, so the snow didn't worry us a bit, but it was so nice of you to stay on top of it and let us know what was going on.

This town home was the perfect place for our White Christmas adventure! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we felt like it and was close enough to the country club and town when we felt like venturing out. The home is clean, comfortable and cute! The trees and landscaping make it feel like you are out in the country - but its close to everything. We would absolutely recommend this property and we will be back again!

This by far became our best weekend getaway ever. We feel that the first impression the condo left was what set our mood for the rest of our trip. We have two boys and the four of us felt very comfortable during our stay. The highlight of our trip was seeing the elk dove grazing 10 feet away from the porch as we were drinking our coffee.
Thank you for having us and we will definitely be back this winter.
