Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had all the comforts in the cozy house/cabin we could possibly need. Great central location in order to be able to visit all the area attractions. The home is in need of some outdoor upgrading but that's nothing to complain about.Thank you for helping make our vacation special!

Flagstaff is a good central point for day trips to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon & Lake Powell.

The property suited our needs perfectly. The neighborhood was quiet and there was enough nearby to keep us satisfied. Our dog loved being outside in the spacious back yard without having to bark back and forth with other dogs.

Kathy was super helpful in booking our reservation. She was super easy to communicate with and always responded to our needs.

Kathy was great to work with, prompt with answering questions, and provided detailed information which allowed for easy check in and check out.

The property was beautifuly decorated , clean, and very well stocked. The only thing we ended up needing was food. Everything else was provided. The beds were super comfy and the bedrooms were roomy. We felt very much at home. It was also nice to be able to park inside the garage to keep the snow off the car. We will certainly book this property again the next time we are in Flagstaff.

We absolutely love this Bader house! It is family friendly and great for children. The kids love the rock climbing wall and there are so many games for them to play with that we don't have to bring any toys. The neighborhood is safe and enclosed so we are comfortable having the kids play outside in the snow. The house has plenty of blankets and we appreciate the air mattress that is available. The house is super clean and in such a great location in its close proximity to Snowbowl and Wing Mountain. We absolutely love this house and plan to stay again next year! We are hoping the fireplace will be fixed and ready for use next year!
