Although Sedona has much to explore, you are also only about 2 hours from the Grand Canyon and 45 minutes to Historic Downtown Flagstaff.
Pets are considered, however we asked that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, please pick up after them outside. We usually allow one small to medium size dog. No vicious breeds. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap.
We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.
Although often times there will be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.
There is a security camera on the exterior of the property.

What a wonderful Adobe hacienda with a Southwestern style architecture. Lovely grounds and a beautiful interior that flowed. Large gathering area with the kitchen/living-family/dining room all connected and spacious. Fabulous kitchen for cooking meals and plenty of kitchen essentials for preparation and cooking of the meal. Gorgeous views of Bell mountain and the entrance to Sedona from the family room and outside. Spacious bedrooms and well designed bathrooms. Great two car garage with a remote to use. This is a fantastic vacation home property in the magical land of Sedona.

Our friends from WI and NJ thought they were coming to visit us in Las Vegas however we picked them up at the airport in a large van (enough for 6 people, 6 suitcases plus, winter coats, and an ice chest). We were celebrating 2 BDs and a friendship that has seen us all through some pretty rough times. We didn't tell them where we were going. We had laughter and fun from pick up until dropping them back off at the airport in Vegas. Listening to them trying to guess where we were heading was hysterical however the looks on their faces when we pull into the property and walked into the home was well, no words can explain. The Romans, Ravenkamps and Snyders Thank You for allowing us to make wonderful long lasting memories with our wonderful friends.
