The level of detail in this home is unparalleled. The lower living room is perfect for entertaining families. The couch, loveseat, and recliner are wrapped around the TV, along with a wood burning fireplace. The giant, A-frame windows, allow for a flood of natural light that adds radiance and warmth to this grand, inviting space.

Out onto the expansive and peaceful deck is where the real ”Family Fun” begins. With a propane heater, fans and propane grill, this outdoor haven may be where you’ll want to spend most of your time. The outside area is prepared for every season. The fully enclosed and lightly treed backyard provides the optimal sanctuary from the busy world around you. You’ll love the two patches of artificial grass, perfect for summertime games.

The Gourmet Kitchen will satisfy the chef in the family! The stainless-steel cookery includes a five-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, French-door fridge/freezer with drink dispenser, dishwasher, traditional style coffee maker, toaster oven, and crockpot. There’s seating for 11, including 8 at the gorgeous dining room table, and 3 at the bullnose granite countertop bar.

Our home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

The extremely large and romantic master bedroom is located on the first floor, in a private wing of the house. It’s adorned with a king-sized bed and beautiful matching bedroom set. You’ll have your own private door out to the back deck. The ensuite master bathroom has exquisite inlay tile on the floor. A jetted tub separates the two vanities in the bathroom. The walk-in tiled shower has two shower heads, one attached to the ceiling, simulating rain. The commode is separated in its own room. The walk-in closet has more than enough space for all of your belongings.

Four of the five bedrooms are located on the second floor.

The upstairs master bedroom is also in a private wing of the home. This room is equipped with a queen-size Sleep Number Adjustable Bed. It is ideal for couples who need either a soft or hard mattress. The room is also equipped with a couch, perfect for enjoying the flat-screen TV, placed on the entertainment center that includes an electric fireplace. A Soundbar, Dish Network, and a DVD player are available for this TV. The ensuite master is equipped with a large walk-in shower. It features dual vanities and a large walk-in closet.

The first guest bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and closet.

The second Guest room has a twin over twin bunk bed set with desk and lounging chair.

The third guest bedroom has two twin sized beds, and access to a full sized bathroom.

The upstairs living room is located outside of the upstairs master bedroom. You’ll find a large L-shaped couch and a TV with Dish Network. Also located in this room is a brand new pool table! Everything needed to play is provided.

Outdoor activities abound! The home is walking distance to Lake O’Dell, with fishing and other lake activities like paddle boarding and kayaking. This cabin is conveniently located just minutes away from several popular outdoor off-road, ATV/UTV riding adventure and hiking trials. Take a drive up to Mormon Lake, Lake Mary and enjoy endless forest trails. 

There is a two-car garage with plenty of extra parking on the driveway.

Laundry, including a washing machine and dryer, is available on site in our laundry room, with granite countertops and ample cabinet space.

Pets are considered, however we asked that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, please pick up after them outside. We allow one small dog, no larger than 25 pounds. No vicious breeds. No other pets are permitted without Manager approval. There is a $50 pet fee. Please remit the pet fee prior to arrival.

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Although often times there will be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old. At least one member of the party must be 25 years old or older.

No parties or events are permitted.

A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.
