Our family loved the home and we enjoyed our visit to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. We loved having to take a dirt road to the house (only about 1 mile)...it gave us that rustic feel

Everyone is friendly and they respond quickly to any questions.

The house was beautiful and stocked with all the household items we may need. We would stay in this home again.

Matthew was super kind on the phone. I appreciate him answering his phone after hours and his correspondence in helping us with the alarm.

The lodge was great for our family vacation. Loved our stay in Williams. The lodge has everything. Very nice and well stocked kitchen that is enjoyable to cook in. Washer and dryer if needed. Beds are good. Plenty of space for folks to have some quiet time to themselves if needed. Backyard is perfect for little ones to get out and play and for the older ones to relax, enjoy a cocktail or play a game/dine on the outdoor table.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. When I had a question and called or emailed- the response time was very prompt.

The cabin we rented was clean and full of all the amenities we could imagine to celebrate our grandparents 60th wedding anniversary. The property was very accommodating and was the best cabin we have ever rented. I highly recommend renting this property for a good family fun adventure.

Check in was so easy, the room was fantastic, claw foot tub and fireplace were great, the bed was super comfortable!

I called a couple of times before my stay to ask questions and each time I called, I was greeted with a friendly and helpful voice. Excellent, top notch customer service.

Cotton's Cabin rocks. We instantly felt at home with the cozy decor and the happy vibe that permeates the entire house. The backyard is sublime. We spent many hours there talking, playing guitar/singing, playing jengo and uno and cooking on the grill. We also took day trips to some awesome nearby spots: Bearizona, The chairlift at SnowBowl and trail riding on RAZRS in the Munds park area. We'll definitely be back. The was the perfect Labor Day weekend-away from the 110 plus degree heat in The Valley. Early morning cups of coffee on the back patio are the best here.

I received a reply to my phone voicemail request for confirmation of the reservation I booked. Since we were traveling I didn't see the email confirmation until later but I did see the text confirmation which was sent, and a phone call. I appreciated the efforts made to assure me that the reservation was confirmed and all information about our stay communicated to me.

The accommodations were comfortable, pleasant and homey, and very clean. Hotels are fine but all seem to be the same and rather impersonal. This Inn was personal and friendly feeling, like being in a friend's home. The Inn was easy to find using our gps. Since there are technically challenged people around, a map or directions would be nice. It is not a hard to find place. I would suggest reflectors at the edges of the driveway into the property since it is quite dark there at night. I had an initial concern about trains going by in the night but we never heard them if they did (we do run a fan at night which may have contributed to that). My only regret is that we didn't have time to sit on the deck, relax, and enjoy at leisure the views of the mountains and quiet countryside. My husband and I both thought this Inn and Lodge would be a great place for a family reunion. Thanks for a pleasant overnight stay at the Quarter Horse Inn!
