Do you want to learn the story of BunnyLand Lodge? Well, jump down the Rabbit Hole, because your very own adventure awaits you! Write your own TAIL in our beautiful and majestic four-bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, single level home. Located just a hop, skip, and a jump away from historic Downtown Flagstaff, serene views of the San Francisco Peaks can be admired from just about every room.

The neighborhood is very peaceful and inviting, yet located very close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. As you walk through the front door, you’ll immediately feel the warmth and radiance of this beautiful, charming abode. The possibilities for fun and adventure are endless. Adorned with unique and one-of-a-kind pieces of art, the living room boasts a spacious area, to relax with family and friends. Skylights flood the room with the sun’s rays. There is a grand, wood-burning hearth, along with lovely furnishings. It’s an atmosphere that encourages friendly gatherings and great conversation. There is a beautiful piano, primarily for decorative purposes.

The kitchen and dining areas are spacious, bright and very lovely. Everything that you need to prepare a meal is available, for your use. There is a four-burner gas stove-top, large oven, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. There are granite counter-tops and an abundance of cupboards, essential serve ware, pots & pans, pantry for food storage, microwave, toaster, blender, large and small crock pot, food processor, hand mixer, and a traditional brew-style coffee maker.

You will enjoy panoramic views of the mountains, fountain, and back-yard garden from the indoor dining area. The dining room table, although set up to seat six people, can be expanded with an additional leaf, to accommodate 11-12 people. There are additional dining chairs, throughout the home.

The outside areas are without a doubt, a complete SHOWSTOPPER! Please enjoy the mountain air under the honeysuckle covered pergola. There is a barbecue grill available for preparing outdoor meals. The Fountain adds amazing ambience to the tranquil outdoor space. The fountain does not operate all year long, and it is seasonal to the warmer months. The propane, firepit is perfectly positioned, to gaze at the mountains, while relaxing with a beverage.

When it is time to head back inside the home, four comfortable bedrooms will await you. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and excellent mattresses for a good night's sleep.

The SPECTACULAR and romantic Master Bedroom has a queen size bed that sits on an exquisite, four post bed-frame. Unrestricted and unparalleled mountain views can be seen from the windows. The bedroom’s wood-burning fireplace adds even more ambiance and warmth, to this tranquil space. The master bath has a beautiful porcelain, single, sink and a unique tiled walk-in shower, with two shower heads.

The “Mini-Bunnies” bedroom has two twin over twin bunk bed sets, sleeping a total of 4. The Jack & Jill bathroom, adjacent to this bedroom, has a double vanity. You’ll love the shower and jacuzzi tub combo! The third bedroom, which is on the other side of the Jack & Jill bathroom, is equipped with a queen-sized bed.

The fourth bedroom is just off the living room and next to the half bathroom. This bedroom is adorned with a queen-sized bed and library full of books, to keep any reader enthused.

There is a half bath right off the living area, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, for your convenience. Included in the laundry room is an iron and ironing board. 

The home comes equipped with Wi-Fi and Cable TV.

There is a two-car garage available for your use, as well as a multitude of parking on the driveway, in front of the home. There is also a large freezer in the garage, if needed.

Historic Downtown Flagstaff – 10-15 minutes

Three loving Sisters said goodbye to a fourth sister. Instead of selling her home, they opted to share her home and heart with you.

Cindy, beloved sister, lived a full and beautiful life.
We would like to share a little bit about this renowned woman with you.

This home reflects one of her true loves, rabbits. We hope that you will enjoy Cindy’s home, just as much as she would enjoy having you!

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and hand soap.

Although often there will be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.
