Excellent Home; exceeded our expectations

The property was beautiful and perfect for our family vacation. Loved the decor and towels and bedding were very nice. Property location was excellent for the places we wanted to see and very quiet.

Nice cabin, a little small, nicely furnished, comfy bed.

Just a wonderful vacation home. Perfect size for the seven of us. Everyone had their own bed. Amenities in the kitchen and games for the evening were perfect. We will be back to the Burning Tree!

Only correspondence was through email but was very prompt and courteous.

We really enjoyed this quaint little cabin! We did have a lot of fun but it wasn't as "away from it all" as the description would lead you to believe. It is located right on the main road through Parks which has steady traffic all day, was under construction, and across the street from a school. When looking through the pictures I was thinking we would be more remote than it actually is. However, it is still remote compared to where we live so we did still enjoy it! It was fun to check out the historic Route 66 corner market and location to Williams was great too.

They were very helpful. I had some questions due to never having rented a VRBO before. I appreciated their help with my questions.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location, not too far from Flagstaff or Williams, or the Grand Canyon. The house was exactly what we needed, very homey and cozy. Having the Parks in the Pines store within walking distance was great for things we forgot. Also, having the firepit made the property even better, the kids made s'mores and the adults relaxed around the fire after a day of exploring the Grand Canyon. Thanks !

I wrote a review but briefly our stay was perfect. All 10 of us were impressed with the the TreeHouse. It had everything anyone could want in a home. We had a wonderful time. There was plenty of space for everyone to gather together or have quiet time. Thank you for helping us make family memories.

we enjoyed staying at the bunkhouse. it was nice cozy and quiet for 4 adults and 1 large dog. we enjoyed having the freedom with our large dog at the property verses a hotel.

We had easy access to the town of Williams which we enjoyed and to the Grand Canyon.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The property was very clean and beautiful ! This was our first experience with house rentals rather than using a hotel and I would definitely stay again. In fact my children would like to stay at this same house next time we visit the area! This experience has changed our way of thinking when we plan our vacations now !

This was fantastic!! We have a family of 5 so decided to for the first time to do a rental versus a couple of hotel rooms. We were beyond impressed by the rental we chose. Super clean, nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. We will for sure go this route the next time we travel.

I can't say enough about Jessica Zuehl. I worked with her the most from beginning to end. She is GREAT! She responded to all of my questions or needs very quickly and in a very professional manner. She made the entire process simple and easy. Great asset to your team. We also talked with 2 guys who stay on the property as well. They were super. Offered some knowledge of the area and were very friendly and nice. Overall you have a great team of people.

Our stay at Silver Saddle Mountain Retreat was wonderful. The house is beautiful and all the amenities and accomodations were perfect. The kitchen / living room are super and we enjoyed the TV's in every room as we are golf and football fans. Bedrooms and bathrooms also very nice and sufficient for 4-5 people at a minimum. The location was perfect for all of our needs. I would definitely stay there again and my brothers were also interested for their next trips as well. Overall, hats off, excellent experience for all!
