Lovely house! Had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful log cabin in Williams!

We enjoyed our stay at the "Tree House" so much! This house is equipped with everything and had plenty of room for our family of 10 (5 adults, 5 children)! After hiking all day, we came home to a crock pot meal, turned on the music, and relaxed in the spa. In the morning, we drank our coffee and hot chocolates out on the balcony and bird watched. It was so peaceful and quiet! Communication with Kathryn was great and instructions were clear. A drive to the South Rim was about 1 hour 15 minutes away, Sedona was about 30 minutes away, and the lower Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend was about 2 hour 10 minutes away. Lots of hiking in the local area. The boys hiked the lava cave which was 30 minutes away. I highly recommend this place!! You will not be disappointed!!

Clean, roomy. It was wonderful having access to a kitchen and laundry room. It felt like a home away from home!

We only emailed. I never interacted in person or via phone with anyone, so I don't know anything about working with them. They were responsive via email, and seemed friendly & polite.

Fantastic view, wonderful property. Wish the amenities were a little upgraded, but no complaints! Would be nice if the light switches worked, but we were forewarned about that. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Kathy was absolutely amazing when it came to helping me make all the arrangements. I was trying to plan my sisters bachelorette party while living in England so it was difficult at times. Kathy made it a very smooth process. Thank you.

The property was perfect for our event. It fit all the girls comfortably and was a great space for us to hangout, cook dinner and spend quality time together before the wedding the following weekend. It was also a short ride into town which is convenient as well. Would most definitely stay here again and would recommend for friends and family for future stays.

Thanks for the stay! We had a great stay and enjoyed the house. We were 8, two families of 4 with 4 kids under age 6. House was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. Backyard was fenced in which was nice for our dog. Situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood.

Excellent correspondence . Quick to respond to emails

The property is great. Beautiful location. Easy to travel to any destination ( Grand Canyon, sedona) . Located close to all Manoj grocery stores and down town. Very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend any nature lover to stay here and explore the beautiful flagstaff and its dowmtown.

Kathy has been incredible with answering questions prior to our stay, as well as helping us out with the smoke detector that was beeping due to batteries that died.

This was an amazing property with everything we could possibly need. It was exactly as advertised and extremely comfortable.

We called for an early check in. We were approved to do so. It was extremely accommodating!

The home was perfect! We had more than enough room, even with our large family of 6! It was cozy, loved that there are televisions in every room and there are a ton of games to choose from! The location of the home is perfect as well!! It was close to everything! The art studio is adorable. I didn't think our boys would be interested but they LOVED it! Oh and thank you for the snacks!! My boys appreciated them!!

This was our first time doing a rental, and you guys helped us out some much. We appreciate the great customer service we received from your entire team.
