When a problem arose, the team members worked quickly to get the problem fixed. If the problem had not been fixed, the team would have found us other accommodations.

Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our two night stay. Water pump problem was fixed a quickly as possible and we were compensated for the problem. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Beautiful home, Enjoyed our stay, very impressed with response time. Very quick, we had a question with the internet when first arrived. The extra snacks on the counter when we arrived was a nice touch. Wasnt bothered by the construction , its going to be a beautiful property when area is completed. The park so close was a plus for our granddaughter. Thank you for a great weekend!!

The home and weekend were absolutely perfect! Probably three of the best days in my life, granted we had a lot going on - my 40th birthday, taking the kids to the snow and an engagement :-) We arrived on Friday afternoon, the home was as lovely and cozy as can be. I am a neat freak and the home was extremely clean completely stocked with towels, sheets and warm blankets. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils and all of the essential information, i.e. how to work the TV, was in one organized notebook. Meanwhile, the weather was wonderfully perfect with snow starting early Saturday morning, falling all day and ending around 2 am Sunday morning turning the home into a winter wonderland. To enjoy the snow we all jumped in one truck to go up to the near by park - an adventure it turned out to be. On our way to the park, us Phoenicians got stuck on the ice and friendly neighbors had to give us a push. Once safely at the park we took pictures, during which my boyfriend proposed on the snow covered basketball court in the falling snow!! After which we all took rides on the sleds kindly stocked in the home. On the way back we got stuck again...another gracious neighbor towed us back to the home this time. Then we all then stayed put bundled up in the cozy home eating pizza and Smores and playing some of the board games supplied. Sunday morning I awoke to find a gentleman plowing our individual driveway and then minutes later another gentleman arrived to shovel the driveway, front porch and steps. The city snow plows were amazing and us Phoenix natives were able to safely navigate out of the neighborhood. I can't say enough about the home owners/property managers. When asked for a later checkout the night before we received a prompt response. The home was so warm and welcoming. I would HIGHLY recommend this home and owners. Hicks Family

We enjoyed our stay at Coburn Cabin and wished we were able to stay one more night. Plenty of games and activities to entertain our kids. They also had snow sleds in the garage and a portable basketball hoop. The house was well equipped with all household utensils. We were able to bake, bbq and do laundry at an ease. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. If staying during the winter, I would advise to check the propane tanks earlier in the day in case you would like to use the fire pit or bbq grill. We were unable to use the fire pit because the propane was empty and it was too cold and late to go out and replace it. I would suggest to check the propane tanks in the morning and refill while youre out before returning to the cabin. The back patio is great for hanging out. We were fortunate to get a visit from a deer one morning. The master bed made noise and seemed unstable. Other than that everything else was great. It definitely felt it was home away from home. The overall experience with the house was very good, house is well equipped but some items needs to be changed, rooms are very cosy and well decorated, the living room is also very comfortable and it could fit all of us (12 people), although kitchen and dinning room was on the small side and it couldnt fit us all. kitchen and living rooms were missing the windows shades and we lack a bit of privacy there. I would definitely be staying in other of your properties again
