Prompt entry to Interstates 17 and 40 and Highways 89 and 180 provides great access to Arizona Snowbowl, Williams, Sedona, many beautiful hikes, and the Grand Canyon. While quiet and secluded the location is just minutes from Downtown Flagstaff shops, restaurants, and breweries. WIFI and garage parking is available.

You will love the spacious feel and design of the bright open living area. With one sofa, one loveseat and an oversized chair encircling the gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall, this living space encourages warm gatherings and time to reflect on the day’s adventures with family and friends.

The dining area has seating for six, including four chairs and a bench seat, as well as an additional 4 stools at the breakfast bar, which is adjacent to the kitchen and dining room table.

The well-equipped kitchen has Stainless Steel appliances, along with everything else needed to prepare and serve a scrumptious meal. The kitchen includes a four-burner gas range, over-the-stove microwave, refrigerator with icemaker & drink dispenser, dishwasher, blender, toaster oven, knife set, and traditional coffee maker along with a Nespresso Coffee maker.

Right off the living area, you can relax outside on the back porch, complete with a table and chairs for two.

The first-floor master bedroom has a king-size bed with fashionable decor and spacious closet. The en suite master bathroom is equipped with a dual vanity and a beautiful tiled walk-in shower.

On the second level, you will find two bedrooms. There is a very large bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk bed set and queen-sized bed. The other room on this level has a queen-sized bed and a closet.

There is also a full bath on the second floor with another beautifully tiled shower.

For your comfort and convenience, the home also comes equipped with:
**Laundry room with full size washer and dryer on the first floor
**Two car garage, parking for two cars. Two additional spots on the driveway. Maximum of 4 cars. There is no street parking.

Pets are not permitted.

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap.
We do supply shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.

Although often there may be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

There are security cameras outside for safety of our guests.

There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

No parties or events are permitted.

There is no smoking on the property.

A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.
