Fun, Funky, and Fresh!

Our Route 66 Hideaway is in the heart of Flagstaff, Arizona. It is an ideal location to stage your adventures, relax and/or enjoy downtown Flagstaff. Inspired by the “Mother Road - Route 66”, our decor is a blend of modern and vintage, with original artwork and design strewn about the interior and exterior. Complete with modern amenities and a cook’s kitchen, this three-bedroom, two bath home is in historic South Side and is in excellent condition. Our one-story home has a cozy living room and kitchen, perfect for festive gatherings.

Our Hideaway has beds for eight, including two twin air mattresses.

The Space:
Our Downtown Flagstaff Route 66 Hideaway is in an ideal location and very close to Downtown Flagstaff & NAU. Our house is full of fun, unique, vintage decor and home essentials. Great lighting, new furniture and beds await you. There are three cozy outdoor seating areas, including two in the front of the house and one in the backyard. They are perfect after a long day of exploring Flagstaff and the surrounding beauty of Northern Arizona. Parking for two vehicles is available on the premises, and neighborhood parking is free (limited during the winter months). The home was personally and artistically renovated with creativity, upcycling and sustainability in mind. The backyard has a propane grill! 

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the whole house and open, outdoor seating areas. Your host will have no interaction with you on the property, but is available for you 24/7- 365 via phone, email, or Airbnb message. Three days prior to arrival, we will send your check-in instructions, via email. They will contain all information needed to access the property. We are set up for “self-check-In”, so please arrive at your convenience, anytime after 4pm. Please call ahead to request an early check-in. We will approve and accommodate, whenever possible.

A full 'cooks kitchen' is available. 

The house has WiFi for your convenience.

There are many unique and wonderful experiences waiting for you in Flagstaff and Northern Arizona. We would love to share our knowledge with you. A few highlights that come to mind are:

Lowell Observatory (where Pluto was discovered), Flagstaff Lava Tubes, Flagstaff Extreme Adventure Course, The San Francisco Peaks. Great restaurants, bars, and nightlife or day life. For the craft beer lover, Mother Road Brewing and Lumberyard Brewing.

Remember that Flagstaff is at 7,000 feet above sea level! Please stay hydrated and wear sunscreen.

Flagstaff is a city that has a strong history and is also constantly changing and growing. Festivals, music, art fairs, farmers markets, hiking, climbing, mountain biking, and the benefits of high altitude, clean air and water are just some of the gems that make Flagstaff and Northern Arizona a special place to visit.

La Plaza Vieja is a rich and historic neighborhood. The house is only a short five-minute walk from Downtown Flagstaff. Parking for two vehicles is available. All downtown Flagstaff streets are very pedestrian and bike friendly. Flagstaff is the first International Dark Sky City.

Getting Around:
Walk to all the best restaurants, breweries, stores, cafes and more! The house has easy access to highway, train station, and the airport. The local bus line has stops, less than 5 minutes away, $1 per ride. Amtrak, Greyhound, Groome Shuttle are also a ten-minute walk from our cozy house.
