If you are looking for a beautiful, tranquil, luxury vacation destination, set amongst majestic Ponderosa Pine trees with just about every upgrade imaginable, you have found the perfect place! Not only is our home perfect, but so is the location. Our home is truly a terrific destination for Northern Arizona travel. Did we also mention that our home has A/C? A brand new A/C unit has been installed to ensure your comfortability.

Here are just some of the highlights:

Beautifully Decorated Home with 2 Family rooms.
The home was recently remodeled with lovely wood floors and granite countertops, throughout much of the home. It is beautifully adorned with stylish decor/furnishings with a hint of an exotic feeling, as you would imagine at a retreat. The home is finished with art that include travel destinations from around the world. There is a family room located on the upper and lower level.

The upper level family room has a real wood burning stove!

Gourmet Kitchen:
Gorgeous cabinetry, countertops, and stainless-steel appliances are just the beginning. There is also a coffee bean grinder, coffee maker and French Press provided. A blender, food processor and crock-pot are also available for your convenience. If you prefer grilling, there is a propane grill located, just outside the front door.

Five Bedrooms: Four Bathrooms
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom with double sinks and vanities, along with a walk-in shower. A 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and an ample sized closet. The 3rd bedroom, known as the “Adventure Zone”, is complete with a treehouse bunk bed set, with a twin over full set up. The 2nd bathroom has a combination tub/shower.

The lower level is equipped with a 2nd family room, 2 additional bedrooms, 2 baths and garage. The area is spacious and full of fun. There is another master bedroom with a king size bed, views of the hot tub and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and two vanities.
A second Guest bathroom with shower is also provided.

Top -Notch Water Filtration System:
Whole house activated charcoal water filter (even your showers will be filtered water). Drink water directly from the tap – it’s delicious!

High-End Hot Tub:
64 Jet, 4 Horsepower hot tub that seats up to 6 people comfortably, underwater LEDs/lights with different lighting modes will guarantee an amazing time! Please always provide adult supervision when children are in the hot tub.

Entertainment Systems Galore!
The following Televisions are available for your enjoyment: Downstairs living room – 75” HD LCD Smart TV (Samsung) Downstairs Master Bedroom – 42” HD LCD (Sony) Upstairs Living Room – 42” HD LCD Smart TV (LG) Upstairs Master Bedroom – 42” HD LCD Smart TV (LG) The TVs have the Premium Channel Package which includes HBO, Starz, Showtime, and more! 
A cable is provided to connect most personal game devices to the big TV in the family room. You are also able to connect certain personal devices to allow for streaming through the upstairs surround sound system. 

Workout Equipment and Activities:
Our home has everything needed to stay in shape while on vacation. The garage has an elliptical, bench, exercise balls, and free weights. There is a nice speaker set up for you to play your favorite work-out music while exercising. Additionally, the garage contains outdoor activities, camping chairs darts and board games. A game table with multiple different “tops” to choose from including: ping pong, slide hockey, foosball and pool is available for your use. 

Amazing Outdoor Spaces/Decks:
The upper level deck has attractive decor and comfortable furnishings. Save some time to enjoy and relax with all the beautiful trees that surround you. There are also decks on the lower level to be utilized and enjoyed. Please feel free to take out the hammock and take a peaceful nap or sit on the swing-chair and read a book. There is also an extended deck and a privacy fence erected off of the hot tub area to further enhance your vacation experience.

Sledding (in the winter):
This home is on a slope and is great for sledding in the winter. Please bring your own sleds and always provide adult supervision.

Family Amenities:
A portable crib (Pack N Play) and a highchair are provided.

Location, Location, Location:
This property is centrally located approximately 10-15 minutes from NAU, 10 minutes from Fort Tuthill, and about 15 minutes from Downtown Flagstaff. You can be in Sedona within an hour and the Grand Canyon is just an hour and a half away.

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap.

There is a full-size washer and dryer.

Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, please pick up after them outside. We allow one small to medium size dog. No vicious breeds. No other pets are permitted without Manager approval.

There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old. No parties or events are permitted.

A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.

There are cameras on the outside of the property. Please note, KD Prime Vacation Rentals does not hold ownership nor have access to the cameras on sight. KD Prime Vacation Rentals does disclose all cameras on the property as they are reported to us by the homeowner.
