This room is ideal for entertaining. A foosball table can be found just off the kitchen and a menagerie of board games is on a bookshelf nearby! The incredible dining table with seating for 8 offers plenty of space to connect with one another after a long day of exploring. Additional seating for 2 can be found at the bar in the kitchen.
Once in the great room, you’ll find the laundry room and access to the garage on your right. You’ll also find access to the master bedroom on your right. The master suite holds a spacious king bed, flat screen smart TV, two end tables and a massive bean bag chair. The ensuite bathroom boasts 2 vanities and a glass standing shower.
On the other side of the home are the remaining bedrooms and bathroom. The bedroom on your right has a queen sized bed and the bedroom on your left holds a queen bed. A desk and chair sits in the corner for those who like to keep busy!
The backyard is completely enclosed. Adirondack chairs surround a wood burning firepit and two propane grills are available for your use.
An additional queen sized air mattress is available, allowing this home to sleep a maximum of 8 people.
For your comfort and convenience, the home also comes equipped with:
Laundry room with full size washer and dryer
2 car garage and extra parking for 2 additional cars in the driveway
High-Speed Internet
Games to keep everyone entertained, including a foosball table

Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, please pick up after them outside. We allow one small to medium size dog. No vicious breeds. No other pets are permitted without Manager approval. There is a $50 pet fee.
We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap. We do supply shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.
Although often there may be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc. We cannot guarantee what will be available.
There is a Ring Video Monitoring Doorbell Camera, located on the exterior of the property.
There are cameras on the outside of the property. Please note, KD Prime Vacation Rentals does not hold ownership nor have access to the cameras on sight. KD Prime Vacation Rentals does disclose all cameras on the property as they are reported to us by the homeowner.
There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.
No parties or events are permitted.
A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.
There is no smoking allowed on the property.
