This home is located only 3 miles from downtown Flagstaff, 20 minutes to Snowbowl Ski Resort, 25 miles down one of the most scenic drives in the country to Sedona, and only 1 1/2 hours to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon!

Upon entering the home from the street or garage, you will come across the first bedroom with an attached bathroom. This bedroom currently holds two queen beds and a queen air mattress. The en-suite bathroom is adorned with stunning dark wood cabinetry and granite countertops, as are all bathrooms in this home. Three out of four of the bathrooms have spacious shower/bathtub combinations with glass doors, the final bathroom having a convenient standing glass and stone shower.

The main living area is on the 2nd level, with 9-foot ceilings and a wide-open floor plan. You'll love the clean, fresh, and modern feel of this living space. Sporting a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, a balcony with a sliding glass door that fills the room with natural light, a sofa, loveseat, and comfortable lounge chair, it's an atmosphere that encourages warm gatherings and good conversation.

On the opposite end of the living room is the kitchen and dining area. Dark wooden cabinets and light granite countertops offer plenty of space to make the perfect meal. The stainless-steel appliances, microwave, Instant coffee machine, tea kettle, large refrigerator, and ample cabinet space holding all the cooking necessities make this kitchen ready for your use! The beautiful wood dining table is just off to the left.

There is also a bathroom with shower and single vanity on the second level. Additionally, you’ll find a bedroom with a full-sized bed and closet, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The 4 bedrooms are located throughout all 3 levels. All of them have ceiling fan and excellent mattresses for a good night's sleep.

The dual Master Bedroom suites are located on the third level of the home. They both have queen size beds, flat screen Smart TVs, walk-in closets, and full bathrooms. The home sleeps 10-12 people.

Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, please pick up after them outside. We allow one small to medium size dog. No vicious breeds. No other pets are permitted without Manager approval.

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap.

We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Although often times there will be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc. We cannot guarantee what will be available.

There is a sister property to this home that can accommodate additional people. Please reach out if you are interested in booking this supplementary home.

There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

No parties or events are permitted.

No smoking on the property.

A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.
