Professional, patient, and kind.

This place was perfect for us! It had everything we needed and more. Its a very comfortable, clean, and cozy place. The extra touches were really appreciated. we would definitely stay here again!

Very easy to work with. There were quick responses to questions and help with house details. Would definitely work with them again.

2 families, and a ton of wedding items fit nicely in the spacious house. The 2 levels made it extra nice with a family of 5 with teenagers and a family of 4 adults. The house was pleasantly clean and equipped. We thought the yard was fully fenced for our fur baby however we just made a lot of trips up and down the beautiful street and surroundings.

The property was spacious and had a lot of nice amenities like a projector / hot tub / foosball table.

Everyone was wonderful and very helpful. We initially had a problem finding how to reserve the attached rooms but when we found Matthew (through our credit card statement) he helped us resere the additional rooms.

We had a wonderful time. Even though it rained there were places where we could still play outside and set up games and even a craft table. The bedroom set up was perfect for family groups and everyone was cozy abd comfortable with the accommodations. This is our second year to be at this property and we are thinking of doing it again next year.

The property was in a great location for our trip. We spent time at the grand canyon, petrified forest and Sedona.

Very cozy! We stayed there for the location and the fenced yard for the dog. Loved the rustic cabin feel, and appreciated the beautiful bathroom. One review I read expressed annoyance about the train and rooster noise. I loved it!!!!

The property was the perfect mix of feeling like you were looking out of the way, yet you are just blocks from dining, shopping, and interstate access!

The house was spacious and very accommodating for a family of 9! We had plenty of room to eat together and play games as well. At the end of the day we could head to our rooms and get away from each other after spending all day together. Everyone of us had a great, comfortable stay!
