The SnowBowl Ski Resort is approximately 35 minutes away and Downtown Williams, home of the Polar Express Train, is a quick 30-minute drive. Embark on one of the most scenic drives, through Oak Creek Canyon to the Grandeur of the Sedona Red Rocks. You can be there in 45 minutes! The South Rim Entrance of the Grand Canyon is approximately 90 minutes from this glorious home. Our home was built in 2019, so you can expect the home's systems, appliances, furniture to be either brand new or nearly new.

4 bar stools rest at the end of the island to maximize and combine great company with great food. A gorgeous wooden table sits under a chandelier nearby and seats 4.

The master bedroom lies on the first floor just past the dining area. A laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer is located immediately adjacent to the master. Luxurious furniture and décor make the master suite the perfect place to relax. Equipped with a queen bed, 2 end tables with lamps, a dresser, and an ensuite bathroom with beautiful granite countertops, a walk-in closet, a private commode room, and a spacious walk-in standing shower with a removable shower head, this stunning room has it all.

Upstairs, you will find the remaining 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The first bedroom holds a queen bed, dresser, and flat screen smart TV with HD antenna. The second is perfect for your younger group members. It holds a twin over full bunkbed, a twin mattress, and a massive bean bag chair. The full bathroom on the second floor is adorned with granite countertops and two sinks, much like the master downstairs. This bathroom also holds a shower/bathtub combination with a removable shower head.

A loft can be found just behind the exit from the stairs on the second floor. Board games can be found on the coffee table and the comfortable couch can pull out into a full-sized bed, sleeping an extra two.

A private backyard holds a brand-new, barbecue grill (with gas hook-up to the house ) and allows access to the two-car garage.

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap.

Although often there will be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

No Pets Allowed. If pets are brought to the property, guests will be asked to leave without receiving a refund. Owner's family is highly allergic to animals.  A $250 charge for deep cleaning will also be charged to Guest. There are video cameras on the exterior of the home.

There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

No parties or events are permitted.

There is no smoking on the property.

A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.

This is a new subdivision. There may be some construction taking place during your stay.
