This beautiful, modern home has everything you need for the perfect getaway! Prompt entry to Interstate 40 provides great access to Arizona Snowbowl, Williams, Sedona, many beautiful hikes, and the Grand Canyon. While quiet and secluded, the location is just 20 minutes from Downtown Flagstaff shops, restaurants, and breweries. WiFi and garage parking for one car is available.
Upon entering the home, you’ll find a dining room immediately to your right with a stunning table that seats 6. Attached to the dining room is the kitchen, which opens into the living room. The kitchen is spacious and modern, holding stainless steel appliances, a traditional coffee machine and a slow cooker for your convenience. This stylish space offers the right number of modern amenities and personal, cozy touches to make you feel at home. The kitchen is also home to two bar counter tops with 3 and 4 barstools, allowing for extra seating for 7.
The living room, equipped with a reclining couches and flat screen smart TV, is the ideal space to relax with your loved ones after a day of exploration. Two comfortable, reclining couches allow for plenty of lounge space. For those who would rather sit outdoors, the home has a private, completely enclosed backyard that will be completed soon!
Off the living room are the entrances to the garage, spacious laundry room, half bathroom, and master bedroom. The master suite is the definition of comfort. The king-sized bed faces a flat screen smart TV and is flanked by matching large end tables. Two sitting chairs sit on the opposite side of the room. The en-suite bathroom holds two sinks with extensive counter and storage space, an enormous walk-in closet, a generous shower/bathtub combo, and a private commode room.
Upstairs, you will find the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom holds a delightful queen bed, two end tables, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom is equipped two twin bunk bed sets (sleeps 4), two end tables, and another walk-in closet. These two bedrooms are adjoined by a beautiful Jack and Jill bathroom that holds a sink, plenty of counter space, and a shower/bathtub.
The third bedroom on the second floor is also considered the second master. This lovely room has a queen bed and an adjoining private bathroom with the same amenities as the Jack and Jill.
For sleeping flexibility, we have 1 queen air mattress and 2 twin air mattresses. These can be place in a myriad of locations for sleeping flexibility.
-High speed internet and smart TVs in the living room and downstairs master bedroom
-A two car garage
-A private, completely enclosed backyard
-A queen and two twin air mattresses for additional sleeping flexibility (sleeps 14)
Pets are not permitted.
There are two Nest Cameras on the outside of the property.
We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap. We do supply shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.
Although often there may be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.
Please note that this home is located in a new development. It is possible that construction may be taking place nearby. The backyard is not yet fully finished.
There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.
No parties or events are permitted.
There is no smoking on the property.
A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.
