In the closet behind the living space sits a menagerie of board games including Beat That!, Telestrations, Cards Against Humanity, ESPN Trivia Night, Trivial Pursuit, What Do You Meme? Dominos, and more!

A dark wooden table with seating for six rests under a fun, modern light fixture providing the perfect space to enjoy a lovingly cooked meal. There is also seating for four at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is adorned with impressive dark granite with cream swirls and plenty of cabinet and drawer space. A traditional coffee machine, Keurig, toaster, and crockpot are just a few of the many amenities in this fully stocked space. It also holds a brand-new refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, and microwave.

Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. The master is spacious and holds a king-sized bed and flat screen smart TV. The attached bathroom has two vanities, a standing glass shower with beautiful, modern tile, and a massive walk-in closet.

The third bedroom is home to a queen bed, a lounge chair, and a wall-mounted flat screen smart TV. A fourth bedroom holds a twin over full bunkbed and a couch, the perfect place for kids to hide away!

An office is also on the second floor. This office is equipped with a monitor and a flat screen smart TV for your convenience. The final bathroom is in the upstairs hallway and includes one vanity and a shower/bathtub.

Although often there may be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

There is a Nest video camera at the front door and back patio door.

There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

No parties or events are permitted.

There is no smoking on the property.

A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.
