The property was spacious and had a lot of nice amenities like a projector / hot tub / foosball table.

Everyone was wonderful and very helpful. We initially had a problem finding how to reserve the attached rooms but when we found Matthew (through our credit card statement) he helped us resere the additional rooms.

We had a wonderful time. Even though it rained there were places where we could still play outside and set up games and even a craft table. The bedroom set up was perfect for family groups and everyone was cozy abd comfortable with the accommodations. This is our second year to be at this property and we are thinking of doing it again next year.

Kathy was very friendly and helpful.

The property was in a great location for our trip. We spent time at the grand canyon, petrified forest and Sedona.

Very cozy! We stayed there for the location and the fenced yard for the dog. Loved the rustic cabin feel, and appreciated the beautiful bathroom. One review I read expressed annoyance about the train and rooster noise. I loved it!!!!

The property was the perfect mix of feeling like you were looking out of the way, yet you are just blocks from dining, shopping, and interstate access!

The house was spacious and very accommodating for a family of 9! We had plenty of room to eat together and play games as well. At the end of the day we could head to our rooms and get away from each other after spending all day together. Everyone of us had a great, comfortable stay!

We enjoy Utopia because of the location, the nice living room furniture and its always kept clean by the staff.

Wonderful property and hope to return next year. 2 small things. The coffeemaker needs cleaning or to be replaced. Took an hour to brew one pot. Also one of the chairs on the back patio broke when my friend sat in it. The chair scraped up her back. There were 2 of the same chairs broken in the garage. May want to replace. Thank you for helping us have a beautiful weekend!

Felt like staying at a friends house. This home is comfy, clean, and convenient. Location is great, fenced yard, pet friendly, beds very comfortable, kitchen has everything you need. Will definitely stay again.

Bringing 7 adult guest to the area for hiking, we found your spacious home had plenty of room. We had our own rooms if we needed to work on our computers for our jobs, and the living room and dinning area provided space for us to be together! We played pool (the cues need tips) and cards. We cooked meals together each evening and found the kitchen fully equipped. Loved that the hot water for showers was never ending! Great time was had by all. Thank you PS.
