This house in Munds Park was easily the best equipped, most beautiful place we've ever stayed at. I'd never been to Munds Park and had no idea how gorgeous the surrounding countryside is. Loved all the couches for movie nights. The beds in every room were just wonderful. Kitchen and bathrooms had all the extras which was greatly appreciated.

KD Prime provided excellent service for our visit to Flagstaff. No issues at all, and professional service. Information was provided in a timely manner.

The property was perfect for our group! It provided plenty space, was very clean, had everything we needed, and was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Wonderful amenities! Loved the backyard area and found the hot tub cover very easy to use. I thought it was very kind to have little snacks left out for us.

We were looking for a place to just relax, let the kids play, and have a good time as a family. We loved all the games that were available and had a great time playing many of them as a family. There were some hiking trails super close and it was fun to go explore those, too. The house was the perfect size and configuration for our family and the kids loved playing outside around the property. The garage with the ping pong table and darts was a huge hit, too. Overall, it was a great place and exactly what we wanted/needed! If we decide to go back to Munds Park in the future, we will definitely look at renting from you again.

This was one of the most cozy, clean, kid friendly and comforting properties we have ever stayed in. It felt like being at home. The property itself was stunning and came with the perfect set up for our family of 4. We will defiantly be back to stay. It is official that we have found our forever family vacation rental.

Our stay was wonderful. The location permitted us to walk into downtown Flag. Our entire family is still talking about how nice the stay and property was, a month later!

The process of renting this property was seamless. The host sent an appropriate amount of email and did not bother us the entire stay.

Our two families of four were delighted to spend our Labor Day weekend on this property. It was beautiful, had lovely finishing touches right down to the dcor and landscaping, extremely clean, plenty of space (essentially two primary bedrooms plus several more), high quality, and all the expected amenities of a premium rental and more! We thoroughly enjoyed playing and relaxing on the property. Meals were easy as well with a kitchen full of cooking gear and utensils. The two highlights of the stay were sitting around the fire table and the hot tub! Definitely a worthwhile splurge; we cant wait to be back someday with our extended family.

Except for the smoke alarm issue and the streaming tv service, the property was fabulous. The location is great and it is extremely dog friendly. We would like to see about reserving it again next summer. Thank you.

The home was clean and plenty of room for our group. The location was excellent for our activities which included hiking and fishing. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware and the cookware was in great shape. The pool table was a nice bonus! We enjoyed being away from the city but not too far away. This is an excellent vacation home!

The property is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to a park and easy access to Flagstaff.
